Patient Policies & Guidelines
Appointments & Scheduling
- Consultation Requirement: All new patients must complete an initial consultation with our medical team to review health history, treatment goals, and suitability for services.
- Scheduling: Appointments are required for all services. Walk-ins may be accommodated for select treatments based on availability.
- Late Arrivals: Patients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure adequate time for safe and effective treatment. If the provider agrees to proceed, the appointment may be shortened to stay on schedule, while the full treatment fee still applies. Repeated lateness may require deposits for future bookings or limit eligibility for same-day scheduling.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Mobile Concierge Appointments: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice for mobile visits will incur a $50 scheduling fee.
- Excessive Travel Distance: Mobile appointments outside of our standard service area (Southeast Pennsylvania and New Jersey) may require an additional travel fee, which will be discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.
- No-Show Fee: Missed appointments without notice may result in a fee or forfeiture of deposit.
- Deposits: Some services require a deposit to secure your appointment, which is applied toward treatment or forfeited if canceled late.

Payment & Refunds
- Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Packages, treatments, and deposits are non-refundable but may be credited toward alternative services at the discretion of management.
Patient Safety & Eligibility
- Medical History: Patients must provide accurate and complete medical history information to ensure safe and appropriate care.
- Provider Discretion: NuLook reserves the right to decline treatment if a patient is not an appropriate candidate based on medical evaluation or safety concerns.
Professional Conduct
- Respectful Environment: We maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere at all times. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the practice.
